We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the guidelines below to determine refund eligibility.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, items must arrive back at at the Conifer, CO studio within 14 days of delivery and must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned in their original packaging

Unused, unworn, and scratch‑free

Free from any damage, including damage that may occur during return shipping
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee
All approved refunds will have a $15 restocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes full insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged or lost during return transit. If item is lost or damaged during return transit, it is the customer's responsibility to create and follow through on the claim with USPS.
Non‑Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:

Custom or made‑to‑order pieces

Items that don't arrive back to the Conifer, CO studio within the 14‑day window

Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

Items lost or damaged during return transit (it is the customer's responsibility to create and follow through on a claim with the USPS insurance provider for items returned)
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $15 restocking fee. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
