Shipping Methods
All jewelry pieces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include full insurance for the value of the item. A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your purchase.
Processing Times

Available Now Pieces: Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

Custom Projects: Processing and shipping timelines vary depending on the design and production schedule. These details will be discussed during the design discovery process.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns & Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes full insurance, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return transit. Customer is responsible for filing and following up on any return shipping insurance claims.
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Arrive in their original packaging

Be unused, unworn, and scratch‑free

Show no signs of damage, including damage that may have occurred during shipping
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and may have different shipping timelines. All details regarding production and delivery will be clearly communicated during the design discovery process. Custom pieces are non-refundable, but I will stay in communication during the process so that you are happy with your final product.
