2. Use of the Website

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, materials, or details will appear exactly the same on all devices or screens.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

 

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided

• All information you provide is accurate and complete

• You understand that orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity is suspected

Payments are processed securely through Wix and its integrated payment partners. We do not store full credit card information.

 

5. Shipping

All jewelry pieces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance. A signature may be required upon delivery.

• Available Now Pieces: Ship within 5–10 business days

• Custom Projects: Timelines vary and will be discussed during the design discovery process

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund eligibility requires that returned items:

• Arrive in original packaging

• Are unused, unworn, and scratch‑free

• Are undamaged, including during return transit

We strongly recommend purchasing full insurance for return shipments. Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund. See the full return and refund policy on our Return Policy page.

Custom orders may have different return or cancellation rules, which will be communicated during the design process.

 

7. Intellectual Property
